Here, we will work as a team to understand your goals and figure out how to attain them using the latest scientific research. And, we will monitor your progress while we do it.

Approach to Practice 

As a clinician scientist, I am dedicated to providing tailored, evidence-based care to each of my clients based on their individual needs. This philosophy of care is grounded in thorough, holistic assessment, and ongoing research throughout treatment. 

Most of my clients come to therapy to work on changing their behavior, learning how to manage or reduce symptoms of stress and trauma, or to build new skills. At other times, people come to therapy not knowing what they need and we can use our time to figure that out too. Most importantly, I'm here to help you and support you in achieving your goals.
